I would not be surprised if we actually lost some of our buffs. The only buffs (excluding debuffs) that enhancement can't provide, but wants, for itself, are kings/mark/fort, 5% crit, 3% damage....

Actually, the tier chest is a robe, so pants aren't seen. Which is kind of too bad, I thought the Shaman chest/shoulders/helm/gloves but with pants instead of a skirt looked really good for once.

Is this fix calculating the exp cap at the 26 cap or the post-4.0 23('ish) cap? I assume the former because when I enter in my exp with the fix it's still giving me a .85 chance to doge.
