I tested the DS heal like Liar said.
I was naked with only my weapon, HP 54323, so min heal was 3803.

I can confirm this, shields are stacking up to 100% hp, every stacking also refreshes the timer, you can stack to the cap in a dummy so no need to damage the shield. It's only working on the PVE PTR...

Actually that's because Angry Dead is One-Hand, and when you export with EnhSim it only fills the Main-Hand and Off-Hand values, wich are used only by weapons that are Main-Hand only and Off-Hand...

If you add the swings 2x to account for that you will get ~50% proc, a little more, maybe some...
