Ye, had to check this my self and looks like you are correct, it doesn't seem to be the case for drain soul though, as far as i can tell it ticks for the same as the dot.

Seems like this was fixed in the latest hotfix *The Warlock's 2 piece Sha-Skin Regalia set bonus now properly increases the damage of the Malefic Grasp version of Corruption by 10%.

Does the sim assume that the 50% corruption tick from mg get the 10% damage from our 2 set bonus? Cause that doesn't seem to be the case Warlock - Set bonus's over higher ilvl gear?...
