What he said. My opinion is that you take the encounter time (roughly) and based on that you estimate x GoAK and line up as many AWs and other CDs as you can.

Why don't they just lower censure damage and buff the damage from other sources to make the effect of the seal slightly less, but still viable? It seems like they designed Censure to be just too...

Tbh I don't care either way. I like the idea of being able to cleave a bit more once in a while, but other than that I'm sure that both are going to be two powerful dps increases.

Nothing comes (apart from what I posted above). When I use it on my Druid, it completely shows me what you are trying to say, but with the paladin it straight up refuses up front.
