Could you please state why you don't recommend using WoW Reforge's "optimize"-button and what's innacurate with it? (it's the only button available now btw)

Imo it always does a great job.

You should not aim for the 27% hardcap, all you need as frost DW is 5% (600 rating) for your specials to be capped.
Unholy on the other hand (both 2h and DW) wants 8% (960 rating).

I don't know if this has been mentioned but racial expertise (orcs) isn't +5 anymore, it's +3. Also, have you looked into the possibility of the lowered exp cap?
