I'd say there's some kind of diminishing effect on crit rating, after we get enough to keep Cobra Strikes up and reasonable number of GftT procs there are better stats to stack, like AP

Armor penetration is still ~1.5 times better for BM hunter than haste, having a bit more damage from every auto/steady shots proves to be better overall than having a little more autoshots from haste.

I think you'll be better waiting for 2pcs T5 from SSC and they are gloves and pants, they are a bit weaker when it comes to pure stats than bages rewards but set bonus helps a lot especially for BM....
