But the HotW change wont go into effect until tues maint. At least that's what the blue post said. So I think he's referring to how things sim out after that change goes live.

Not sure if it's part of the same thing or not, but IceHud got screwed up with bar textures as well in 3.3.3. Something about how the texture fills the bar. Caught a bunch of developers by surprise.
