If he mortal strikes and immediately blast waves, the tank dies. Not much you can do about it. Kinda like death touch. Also why tanks have to wear a lot of HP gear/buffs.

You don't need MC level equipment for fire resist. There are tons of greens/blues out there. Hell, I only have 120 fire resist buffed and I did just fine.
