Standard 3 x 3 grid is fine for chain healing, tank can be in any position in the grid. Chain heal actually jumps pretty far in a raid, and it will bounce from tank to second row to third.

I managed to get it to log to the proper World of Warcraft\Logs directory by creating an empty WoWCombatLog.txt there manually. It's still a pain because you can't just delete the file to start over....
