Pretty sure he is, also for me 0/14/57 is more dps then 0/15/56.
The difference is minimal though; It was 6 dps for me over an overall dps of about 6600.

You might have missed it, but... Furious Howl now affects only the hunter and the pet, stacks with all other AP buffs and has a 50%~ uptime. It's the best pet for raiding as survival in 3.1 atm.

I use Heatsink, I stripped all the other code and left in the trinket cooldown tracking. You do have to add the new trinkets yourself but it isn't that hard for anyone.
