No, because the only reason we keep rupture up is for the Venomous Wounds ticks. Those ticks wont snapshot your trinket, and the damage you lose by clipping rupture that much doesnt make the trinket...

I would think that the Sinister Revenge would pull ahead a bit in damage and w/ 3/3 MP not suffer from slow DP stacking, but a spread sheet would probably be your best bet to check which is better.
