If that was the only change old versions would give results that are close.
Using version v2.10 and v2.9 I get:

Sp=1.68
Crit=1.50
Haste=1.50

So the hotfix should not be the cause of this.

What has change in patch 3.2 to make crit and haste swap places using rawr2.11 to 2.12. Using my gear I had a relative stats of:
v2.11
Sp=1.78
Crit=1.70
Haste=1.57

v2.12
Sp=1.74
Crit=1.56
Haste=1.61
