A *lot* of that haste has to be reforged to crit.

The hotfix was to allow focus/energy to continue as normal when you have mind numbing poison/CoT on you, or when you're downwind during the fight against Altrius in VP for example.

Whether or not it does more damage, someone would need to test but on bosses that have to be
moved...

Neither a ret pally or moonkin's buffs affect your ranged haste, only melee haste.
Unless I'm mistaken, that was changed quite some time ago.

Wasn't this improvement removed? Standard is 10% increase of stats IIRC.

when its actually a mail item. Thought i was going mad when i disabled Leather and Hardmode
items from displaying.
