Are most people going to be moving back to 2H come 3.3 with the changes? I'm dual wielding at the moment and love it but a lot of specs I see floating around for 3.3 have 2H specialization.

Fire off as mana DC as you can, as long as it doesn't cause any of your disease to fall off or your rotation and overall dps to suffer dramatically.
