I thought the consensus was do not go over 550 haste because of the elemental rotation? Are you saying that shamans should focus on hit>sp>haste even if it takes you to 650+ haste?

Would it be reasonable to consider that ele dps is being held back because we basically have a haste cap? The haste cap makes us rely on SP which does not scale.

If you replaced each tier item with a BIS that is 1% more dps per item I'd say that's pretty decent. The potential is definitely there that T8 set bonuses will end up as valuable as the T7 bonuses...

Maybe, like T7.25, the T4 bonus is not worth going for and individual BIS is where it's at. I looked over the last 2 weeks WWW's and my electrified damage is 2.21% of my overall dmg. 2.21% hardly...

I find training dummies to be of little value in testing dps because you are missing the scaling effects of full raid buffs/debuffs. Training dummies are good for testing and practicing rotations.
