Yeah you were right, we were 2 druids heal on arthas 25, we tested both with and without RR glyphs. Without RR, you need pre-hot almost everytime, thus restraining your possibilities to help tank...

Hi, :) I'm actually of those who are defending 4t9 : being so random and quite rare (about 1 Rejuv out of 50), I think it's far worse than Rejuv crit boosts that are really too handsowe.
