Not just that one particular message but other ones that appear there too, like "you are not facing your target", "target is too faw away", "fizzled" (lifetap haha), etc.

I don't want to remove them...

spells still take an average 0.5 extra seconds to get off, unless you use stopcasting macros... and it's not really realistic using stopcasting in pvp, heh

There's no point having 2 warriors and only 1 MS in my opinion. It's all about the split-dps and forcing your enemy healers to waste A LOT of mana to heal through 2 MS's.
