Yeah, it's probably not too great an idea to macro FH like that. If you manually click it while aimed shot is say, halfway through, then it won't get eaten up by your autoshot.

I think Rentaki's is a PvP toy with the long cooldown. And ES is 47 AP over time, assuming you hit it as soon as the CD is up, so I'd say if you can't swap stick to the bread and butter of Royal Seal...
