Right. If your re-incarnation is off CD, then go ahead and equip it when you are about to die. When you come back up after re-incarnation, you'll have 10 minutes less on the next re-incarnation CD.

Not using a castsequence macro. I am clipping my Flame Shocks a lot. I think primarily due to moving in the fight. I'm always tossing FS on something when I'm running.

I've not noticed this new sound either. However I have noticed that I'm not missing totem set noises since the patch. Considering how often the focus procs, a "blip" sound would get really annoying.
