Replies: 30,103 Thread of Ultimate Stupidity Views: 1,885,016 Posted By Ruta Skadi Confused You clearly state that the Hit Cap is 17% (446 Hit Rating). What confused me is that I currently have 15.48% (476 Hit Rating). I don't understand this dissonance? What have I done wrong?
